Mariguar's music offers a dive into the waters of shamanic healing, with tracks with strong transformational vibrations.

The spirits of totem animals, nature and other dimensions are strongly present in their compositions which speak of teachings received through human experiences or visions gathered during healing ceremonies".

Mariguar is the union of the butterfly (Mariposa) and the Jaguar.

​

​It is the union of the couple that Ava and Mao form in the expression of their link to music, to music as medicine.

​

​Trained psychologist and shamanism practitioner, Ava meets Mao, a poly-instrumentalist musician, in 2020. In contact with each other, the two souls experience a profound transformation and agree to begin to co-create a path together, which will lead to the publication of their first Album "Iniciación" in 2024.

Mariguar's music is medicine in the sense that the vibrations used by the voice, the instruments, as well as the chosen lyrics have a transformative power; release and activation of cellular memories.

​

Ava uses Mariguar's medicine chants when she accompanies, guides and initiates those who wish to learn how to use their voice as a healing tool. She calls her method “Voice healing”.

​

Mao passes on his talents as an intuitive musician and composer by offering guitar and percussion lessons.

​

The couple lives in Nyon, in French-speaking Switzerland, where they accompany with music as medicine and continue to compose and offer concerts (subscribe not to miss any concert dates).
